At SoftlyCosmetic, we aim to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return according to the conditions below.


1. Return Period

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used skincare or beauty devices.
  • Products that come into direct contact with the skin (massagers, facial tools, rollers, etc.) if they have been used
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours and provide:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Your order number

We will either resend a new item or issue a full refund.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within:

3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


5. Shipping Costs

  • ✔ If the error is on our side (damaged or incorrect item):
    We cover all return or reshipment costs.

  • ❌ If the customer wishes to return the item without any issue from our side:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


6. How to Request a Return

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation must follow the return process.
